Telluride is one of the few Colorado ski resorts that has an airport so close to it. The Telluride airport is located in the southwest corner of Colorado and it gives skiers access to some great ski terrain.
Keep in mind that this is a regional airport. If you want to fly into the Telluride airport, you will probably have to go through Denver and board a smaller plane.
