Where to Stay in Winter Park, CO
There are a handful of condominiums and hotels located right at the base of the Winter Park ski resort. The majority of the lodging here is on US Highway 40, just a few miles to the north of the mountain.

Winter Park Mountain Lodge
The Winter Park Mountain Lodge is located just across the road from the ski resort. This lodge has some great amenities like an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and fitness center. The Moffat Station restaurant and brew pub is located right in the base of the mountain lodge. This is a restaurant with more than 100 years of history behind it.
Best Western, Winter Park
This hotel/motel chain has a reputation for providing solid service at a reasonable cost. Guests at the Best Western all get a complimentary hot breakfast and reliable customer service. This hotel is located within walking distance of all the great bars and restaurants in the Winter Park area. The ski resort is also only about a 5 minute drive away from here.
Zephyr Mountain Lodge
This lodge is one of the most convenient places to stay in Winter Park. The Zephyr is located right at the base of the ski resort and guests here can walk right onto the ski slopes from their condominium. If you stay here you will have access to underground parking, a full kitchen in each condominium, a private resort shuttle, high speed wireless internet access and a fitness room.
Vintage Hotel
The Vintage Hotel is one of the best known lodging options in Winter Park. This is a pet-friendly hotel and guests here can book studio or suite hotel rooms. This hotel is home to the Five Mountain Tavern; a popular place for apres ski activities during the winter months. There is also a conference center here to handle your business needs.
Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe Condominiums
These condominiums are located less than a 5 minute walk away from the Winter Park ski lifts. These privately owned luxury condominiums combine excellent accommodations and a greatlocation. Guests may rent 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom condominiums in this complex.

Valley High Motel
This motel is located just a few minutes drive from the Winter Park Ski Resort.You can't miss it on your way up highway 40 towards the mountain. If you are on a tight vacation budget, this is a great place to stay because it is cheap and it is still located close to the ski mountain.
This is also a pet-friendly motel that has free wifi internet access and lockable ski storage area. You can usually get a room here for much less than $100/night.
Bear Paw Inn
This is a bed and breakfast that is located just a few minutes away from the ski slopes. Guest rooms here have an authentic rocky mountain feel. The rooms are made with Canadian pine logs. There are 2 main rooms that get rented out here; the master bedroom and the devil's thumb guestroom. Room fees can be between $180 and $245 per night and this includes a hearty gourmet breakfast.
